"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."

I was with my wife but don’t want to imagine how scary it must be for a single travelling women… the check-in was easy and convenient (self check-in) and the room was a clear. "
