"Its a bit out of the way for visitors without a car using public transport, but with a car it was fantastic as plenty of free parking in front. Quiet and safe area 24 hours manned reception - Receptionist was helpful checking me in, giving wifi instructions, recommendations for restaurants in the centre, etc. Fully self contained airconditioned flat with stocked kitchen, separate lounge, bed, bath areas. Coffee, toiletries towels washer dryer iron brooms mops etc provided. Blinds for hot sunny...

"Wonderful stay to be completely immersed in the beautiful culture. The staff is amazing and pleasant. The location is close to many sights. Local food is phenomenal. They leave you a few welcome goods and the rooms are so spacious. Check-in is at a different location but only a short walk away and they will help you with your bags. Can’t wait to return."

"This apartment could not be more conveniently located or comfortable in Seville…aka the “Frying Pan of Europe”. We found that we spent more time in our room in than other cities to recuperate from the heat, so it was nice to have have the best air conditioning we experienced on our 2 weeks in Spain and the space of the apartment. It was also great to enjoy early morning coffee (difficult to find in Spain!) and the washing machine. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Great location with many attractions within close walking distance. Although it was a busy area outside of the hotel, our room was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise. The sofabed was very comfortable for our 19-year old daughter and the complimentary minibar was a nice perk. All in all we had a very nice stay and would stay here again. "

"this was a great property just minutes away from the cathedral, but peaceful and quiet. We liked how the accommodation came with a mini kitchen, so you could make a cup of tea, or use the microwave. The only hiccup was being sent the wrong entry code. The main reception is not staffed 24/7 so we were lucky that a receptionist came by and was able to help. Be aware, there are several welldone cathedral accommodations, the one with the main reception was a few minutes walk from our building....

"I sttayed here for convenience, space and the fact I could park a car. So it fits my needs. Without a car it would be maybe fro someone staying a long time in the city or so. The area is a little run down but the super market around the corner is perfectly stocked. For certain travelers it is perfect. "

"The property, specially inside is beautiful. However, outside the property, leaves a lot to be desired. There was dog pop all over the sidewalk. No fault of the hotel, but nevertheless, it left me with a bad impression. "
