De gîte is het vakantiehuis van de eigenaar en heeft op de begane grond een goed uitgeruste open keuken en een grote woonruimte met eetkamer, zitkamer met TV, boekenkast en houtkachel voor lange winteravonden met familie en vrienden. Voor ’s nachts: ouderslaapkamer (bed van 160X200) met privé sanitair, twee slaapkamers met elk een bed van 160X200 en een twin slaapkamer (2 bedden van 90X200). Tweede badkamer met inloopdouche, wc en dubbele wastafel. Aparte wc met fonteintje. Buiten is er een groot houten terras met uitzicht over de flora en fauna van het Lac d’Orient, een binnenplaatsje en een tuin. Afgesloten parkeergelegenheid. Bijkomende kosten: elektriciteit, verwarming en toeristenbelasting (0,70€/dag/persoon). Brandhout en huishoudlinnen (droogdoeken/tafelkleden/handdoeken) zijn inbegrepen. Speciaal weekendtarief schoonmaak: 40€. Strandje met minigolf, waterfietsen en opblaastoestellen op 800 m. Gîte Couleurs du Lac is een modern en strak huis met veel ruimte en een geweldig uitzicht over het meer van Orient. Het ligt midden in het Parc Naturel de la Forêt d’Orient.
