We offer this charming flat for rent in Gérardmer, in a small residence/chalet with lake and mountain views, around 600 m from the lake beach. With a surface area of 55 m², it can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers.
Located on the ground floor, the flat comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 40 m² bordering the flat.

Composition of the accommodation:
- 30 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, etc., as well as a dining area
- 1 beautiful bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- An enclosed sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds)
- A shower room with shower and window
- Separate WC with window

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace (south-west facing) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 40 m² shared garden

The flat is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
Visits: factories (Lin Vosges textile & Vosges confectionery), Tandon waterfalls, Longmer lake...

Events :
- Daffodil Festival on 1 April every other year
- Fantastic film festival every year at the end of January
- Numerous local and national sports festivals (national canoeing/kayaking championships, triathlon in early September, etc.)
- Motorcycle festivals and gatherings

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park and a private individual garage is available for one vehicle (can also be used for bike/scooter storage). There is also a free communal car park 300 m from the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Épinal 40 km (43 min by car)
- Nearest airport: EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg 110 km (1h45 by car)
- Coach shuttle service from the station

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- The "Moselaine" ski slopes are the nearest with its ski lifts, etc. (free shuttle buses leave from the car park (opposite the tourist office, approx. 300 metres from the accommodation).

Pré Fleuri 2 "Appartement spacieux pour un séjour en famille 🙂 Appartement́ très spacieux, très bien équipé pour un séjour en famille. Il y a beaucoup d'espaces de rangement disponible. Au calme Lac et centre ville accessibles à pied (il y a juste une petite côte à monter sur le trajet retour à l'appartement) Garage disponible pour se garer devant la résidence 🙁 Quelques bols de plus disponible dans la vaisselle serait un plus pour le petit dejeûner Mais sinon tout était super"
