The city center of Gérardmer where you will find all the amenities is 4-5 min by car and you have the opportunity in winter to enjoy the free shuttle all day.
IDEALLY SITUATED FOR THE WINTER SEASON AS WELL AS THE EVENTS WRAPPING ON THE MAUSELAIN (MOTORDAYS, TRAILS, RACES IN ALL KIND).

This apartment of about 60 m2 includes:
- 1 bedroom with a bed for 2 people + bedside tables + chest of drawers.
- 1 bedroom with two bunk beds + chest of drawers + closet
- An equipped kitchen (see equipment list) open to the living room with direct access to a private terrace. (Complete crockery for 6 people)
- In the living room, sofa bed (double bed) + coffee table + flat screen TV
- Dining area: table and 6 chairs
- The bathroom with sink + tub / shower with jets + storage + towel dryer + washing machine dryer
- 1 separate toilet

You can also request the beds made upon arrival and towels provided for an extra charge of 40 €.

The apartment has a ski room, a cellar and two private parking spaces recently tarred. (In winter priority axis of snow removal)

Outside, you will enjoy a quiet private terrace with views of the ski resort and its mountains.

In winter: come enjoy 21 ski slopes, kindergarten and play structures for children as well as tracks of the Nordic area and racquet circuit; the departure of each activity in front of the apartment.
In summer, spring and autumn: more quiet, you will have direct access to various hiking trails or walkable mountain bike and you will enjoy all the activities around the lake.
