Belle appartement

Belle appartement, très bien situé , proche des commerces et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville . Communication avec la femme de ménage très bonne . Cependant, la propreté pourrait être meilleure . Je recommande .

Bel appartement

J'ai passé 2 jours dans cet appartement avec un ami et nous nous sommes vite habitué à ce logement. Presque rien à dire dessus à part qu'il n'y avait pas de wifi alors qu'il y est noté dans la description. Mais ça ne nous a que peu dérangés comme le but de notre visite était d'aller sur les pistes. À part ça, tout était bien.On reviendra

Winter 2024: Wohnung in Ordnung - piepsende Rauchmelder

Wir waren 5 Nächte über Silvester in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Tankstelle befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Mit etwas Glück bekommt man eine Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Der Check In erfolgte telefonisch über eine Haushälterin. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 2 Personen und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war in Ordnung, jedoch war einiges an Geschirr nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht worden. Im Badezimmer lag ein bereits dreckiger Badvorleger. Nach der 2. Nacht haben wir uns wegen eines piepsenden Rauchmelders und eines piepsendes Fluchtwegschildes im Gang bei der Haushälterin gemeldet, da diese minütlich ertönten. Das piepsen wurde während unseren Aufenthaltes nicht abgestellt.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

L'appartement a répondu à nos attentes. Proche des commerces et pas trop loin du centre ville, cet emplacement nous convenait. Bon isolation accoustique rendant quasi inaudibles les bruits de la route. Pas de lave-vaisselle.

Winter in Gerardmer

Leider kein Schnee aber in Gerardmer ist um Sylvester einiges geboten. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ideal.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Gerardmer. Nous étions bien placer, à côté de la route mais ce n’était pas plus désagréable. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin à côté (inter a 2mn a pieds, piste de ski a 7mn en voiture). L’appartement était impeccable. La femme de ménage était très agréable. Je recommande très fortement l’appartement.

Idéal court sejour

Les plus : très bel appartement, propre, fonctionnel bien décoré et très bien situé. Les moins : impossibilité de communiquer avec les propriétaires, numéro de téléphone plus en service, demande de renseignements par SMS sur une autre numéro communiqué par Geneviève (la femme de menage) aucune réponse. Pas de WiFi dans l appartement. Place de parking non attribuée, difficile de stationner au risque d avoir un petit mot sur le pare prise.

Depuis cet appartement il est possible d'accéder aux nombreux sites de visites et de randonnées. Il est agréable, très bien équipé, nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

Sejour agréable hors logement réservé reglé à l'avance

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en Vosges avec ambiance avec soleil et chaleur au rendez vous Pour ce qui est du logement, bien équipé et propre, il est situé à l'entrée de Gérardmer près d'une voie très passante c'est infernale, heureusement la chambre se situe coté cour intérieure-cela attenue bien le bruit- sinon impossible de dormir- le propriétaire signale la Wi- fi dans le logemet Hors C EST FAUX il est en projet d'installation donc Mensonge ou grosse pub mensongère pour attirer --- En plus, les propriétaires etant absents-- à l'arrivée, c'est une amie ou connaissance qui est venue finalement nous ouvrir bon, après pour les infos sur les poubelles et commodités faut pas etre trop inquisiteur faut pas rever quoi--- un voisin domicilié sur place s'étonnait de retrouver des sachets de poubelles pleins abandonnés sur le palier se trouvant chargé de débarasser les sachets pleins nous l'avons informé du manque d'infos laissés sur les ordures ménagères à savoir ou déposer ces dechets les toilettes etc--- Sinon la région est très accueillante et belle avec le lac de Gérardmer ses forets et nombreuses balades environnantes Voilà c'est pas mal mais pour le logement, un peu plus d'attention ferait pas de mal car une fois réglée la location après demmerdez vous--- Mr mme Ansel ,

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. La communication était claire et rapide. L'appartement est bien situé notamment pour faire quelques courses, se situe à 20min à pieds du centre ville et un peu plus pour aller au lac. Facile pour stationner. Je recommande !
