"This was a really terrible experience. The toilet broke twice, there were shower issues. The restaurant does not treat non-italian speakers very well. I felt very judged and unwelcomed. They made me switch rooms in the middle of the night and directed me to a room that was under construction. Not a great place to stay. "

Our room was very clean, & again, a lot of old world character! Restaurant onsite is also very good! We were able to get a train downtown from the Frascoti Station. "
