"We had a great time in Thessaloniki while staying at Kenteo Luxury Suites. It is located about an hour and a half away from the Thessaloniki airport and the staff was great at helping us set up transportation to and from. The suite was clean and in a convenient area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby but the best part was the beach which is reachable by foot being only a 5 minute walk. "

"Worst experience I have ever had! I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! "Nice place, very new. Friendly communication with staff. We stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned in that period neither was garbage removed. Room size is good. Close to beach 3-5 minutes. 15 min walk to ‘downtown’ Terrace in front of apartment would have been nice with a shade of some sort. Way too hot to use in the morning and daytime. Street in front need a good restoration. "
