"This property is 5mins walk from the Varenna train station and a few minutes walk to the ferry. Our room had a nice view of the lake and the mountains."

"Agatha and Cristian were very professional and welcoming, helpful with what we needed and fun to talk to. The Restaurant manager was very friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations. The two girls at the bar were always whiling to help as well. Not the same experience with breakfast servers who were some kind of moody. Seemed in a rush and not patience with their customers. Overall a very good experience. Super good place to just relax and enjoy the view. "

"This hotel is amazing! The views are spectacular! The restaurant was the nicest restaurant in all of Italy that we went to and we went to a lot! They’re wonderful front desk staff and the fine dining room were the friendliest nicest most professional I’ve ever encountered❣️ Of all the places we visited in Italy and there were a lot. This was our most joyous spot to visit with spectacular views, wonderful hotel, and super kind and friendly staff from the kitchen to the dining room to the front desk when you check in. This is first class at it’s finest❣️"

"This was an overnight stop on our way to Italy. The hotel was very quiet despite close proximity to the motorway. The staff were really helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. Nice views over the surrounding hills. No tea/coffee in the room but a station off reception with free water, tea and coffee. There was no breakfast in the hotel but a croissant was provided in the morning and if someone wants a larger breakfast then the buffet restaurant next to the hotel is available. Also, hotel guests receive a 20% discount on a meal there and there was a fair choice of food to suit most people. We would definitely be happy to stay there again, particularly with the cost of Swiss accommodation which can be much more expensive if you’re not planning on spending more time there"

"Arrived and text the hotel who arranged a time to pick us up in the shuttle bus from the ferry. A warm welcome accompanied by a complementary drink with the most fantastic views of Lake Como. We enjoyed a meal on the evening which was very enjoyable sat on the terrace. Our room had two balconies with far reaching views over the lake where we enjoyed the complementary coffees after the breakfast and a final shuttle into town for our next stop. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again."
