"What I loved the most was the staff. Due to misunderstanding on my part, I did not check out as was expected. Autumn at front desk handled it courteously, with efficiency, and good humor. After getting home, I realized I had left my laptop computer in room. Housekeeping found it, Judy at the front desk got the information to return it, and it was back in my hands in a few days. The room and all areas were clean and comfortable. The gentleman managing the free breakfast area was friendly and very efficient. My only complaint was the absence of a microwave in room. "
