MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sports membership, In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. The temporary club membership can be obtained at a cost of $200 per day, plus a $20 activation fee.
