A short getaway

The property was exactly as described and more. Peaceful back porch to enjoy morning coffee on and just take in the views of the countryside. Just a short drive in town or stay in town and enjoy a couple local spots. Will be putting this spot on the list to enjoy again.

Perfect Little Getaway

We loved this little old farm house, equipped with games to play as a family and a large table we could all eat at. We also enjoyed the original details such as built in cabinetry and covered porches. The owner was very accommodating and we had a great time visiting with family.

Nice place to stay away from the hectic city

It was so nice to stay out away from the busyness and noise of Georgetown, Round Rock and Austin yet Georgetown and Round Rock are 10 - 15 minutes away. Walburg is a cute and small town. The views from the back of the house and the back porch were pastoral and relaxing. The house affords plenty of room for multiple people and long stays. The host was helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions.

Perfect Get-a-Way

Everything in the VRBO description was accurate, right down to the horses! It’s a very comfortable and well appointed home. And the hosts were very responsive. I asked if there was a gas grill on the property (I didn’t see one in the description), so they went out and bought one! And the steaks tasted great! Beautiful weekend home!

Quick trip to Georgetown

We loved staying in this wonderful country home. We were in town for the Two Step Inn festival in Georgetown and had the best stay. The owners were very accommodating and responsive.
