"House was in a great location with beautiful beach view. Steps away from water. Although there were neighboring houses, still felt very private as rarely saw anyone out. The house was very comfortable with central air. There were a few close by snorkeling reefs in either direction that had lots of interesting fish. Loved the house and island and would definitely return."

"Our stay in George Town was enjoyable, and Joshua was a truly great host. He maintained excellent communication throughout our visit and was always quick to respond to any calls, which we really appreciated. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore.While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, we did notice that the house could have been cleaner upon arrival. Additionally, we found ourselves needing to purchase more day-to-day products like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish rags, which would have made the stay more convenient.All in all, we had a good stay and would recommend it for the responsive host and excellent location!"

"We are a bonefish crew that visits Exuma often. This was by far the nicest place we have stayed. The accommodations were very comfortable and nicely supplied. And, everything was in workong order, which can be uncommon in these islands. Also noted, a backup auto genset is present and came in handy during a long outage. The road to the property os a little rough but we were able to manage with a minivan just fine. Lastly, all the pictures accurately describe the property. "
