GUESTS - Rates will increase effective October 29, 2026. Vrbo is raising the host commission from 5% to 12% and they are STILL charging you, the guest a service fee. Most Vrbo hosts will increase their nightly rate and host charges such as housekeeping by a percentage high enough to cover the Vrbo commission charged to hosts. If you book Villa SeaRenity BEFORE 10/29/26 you will book at our lower rate but our rate WILL increase efective October 29. We also ask you to consider what you would do if you could purchase a great outfit at a high end store or purchase the exact same outfit from your local retailer for a significantly lower price. Would you pay the higher price just to buy at the high end store or would you save money and shop at your local retailer? Keep this in mind while you are searching for your vacation rental...go with the big name or get the same thing by visiting your local store.



Children age 5 and older and non-mobile infants WELCOME.



Liability insurance requires the minimum age to rent is 25.

When you enter Villa SeaRenity, your attention is naturally drawn down the hallway to the sliding glass doors, where views of the Caribbean Sea and the white sands of Spotts Beach await. Before heading out to the balcony, take a moment to explore the home you'll enjoy for the next several days.



Just inside the front door, to your right, is the downstairs bedroom. It features one queen bed and one full bed, making it a comfortable option for children or adults. The room also includes a dresser, television, nightstand, Bluetooth alarm clock, lamp with dual USB charging ports, a spacious closet, and direct access to the downstairs bathroom.



Continuing down the hall, you'll enter the open-concept kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, brew your morning coffee, or grab a quick snack before heading to the beach. The living room offers comfortable seating, a sofa, and a Smart TV—an inviting place to unwind after a day in the sun.



The freestanding staircase leads to the second-floor primary bedroom, a private retreat featuring a queen platform bed, dresser, television, walk-in closet, Bluetooth alarm clock with USB charging, and an additional four-port USB charging station. The upstairs bathroom includes an oversized walk-in shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.



Both bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers, plush bath towels, and dedicated makeup-removal towels for added convenience.



Also on the second floor is a stacked washer and dryer, available should you need it—though we hope you'll spend more time at the beach than doing laundry.

We advertise Villa SeaRenity on multiple booking platforms, including Villa SeaRenity's own platform. Rates and fees vary between booking channels based on the individual platform’s, service fees, commissions, payment processing costs, and other applicable charges. As a result, the nightly rate displayed on Vrbo will differ from rates displayed on other booking platforms. The total price shown at the time of booking is the applicable rate for that reservation and booking channel.



Villa SeaRenity's nightly rate displayed by VRBO includes VRBO's guest service fee as part of their "up front pricing" initiative. VRBO's guest service fee is a dynamic percentage of the reservation averaging approximately 14% of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. Hosts cannot waive or reduce VRBO's service fee. This service fee is collected by VRBO and retained in full by VRBO and is not set by hosts. If you choose to book Villa SeaRenity on VRBO, then VRBO will collect their service fee on your reservation.



Please be aware of the following:

- Vrbo labels the $200.00 exit housekeeping fee as "Host Fee"

- Reservation payments processed by Villa SeaRenity

- Vrbo Guest Service fee is charged by Vrbo, payment will show as PAY*HOMEAWAY on your credit card statement

- The adult booking the stay is deemed the "Responsible Party."

- "Responsible Party" must be the holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking.

- Signed rental contract required-sent from Villa SeaRenity

- "Resonsible Party" is responsible for completing and signing the rental contract

- Government ID of the "Responsible Party" must be submitted when signing the rental contract.

- "Responsible Party" must be in residence at Villa SeaRenity for the duration of the reservation.

- Third-party bookings are not allowed.

- Villa SeaRenity places $375.00 damage deposit hold on your credit card three days before arrival

- 14+ nights require additional housekeeping paid DIRECTLY to Villa SeaRenity

- Xmas/NewYear balance due 60 days before arrival no refunds within 60 days

- Children under 5 are not allowed. Non-mobile infants welcome

- No pets

- The Cayman Islands does not recognize service or emotional support animals as an exception to no pet rules

- Bringing any animal to the Cayman Islands is a specific, lengthy, and costly process.
