Budget hotel for the backpackers

Overall stay was fine. Please read the finer print about no elevators. Best for backpackers. Little India is nearby. The iconic cycle street art is walking distance from hotel. Less noisy.

The overall condition of the hotel

The hotel location is good but there is no private parking lots and if you’re driving you’ll need to look for parking lot around the hotel. The room condition is fine but there are too many mosquitoes flying around and that can disturb your sleep. They don’t clean the room and so don’t expect your room to be tidied up the next day when you come back from outside.

This was a really nice little place to stay. We had a double room which had a comfortable bed, nice powerful shower, good air conditioning. Water, tea and coffee available all day. It was on a quieter road and easy to wander to the rest of Georgetown. Only slight downside was the room was not very soundproof.

フロントはレトロでバトミントンの展示があってなかなか雰囲気があります。 部屋も昔の建物を利用したようですが、清潔で快適でした。 リーズナブルで一泊するには十分ですが、英語と電話はあったほうが良いです。 *17時以降のチェックインは、電話でドアを開けてもらう必要がありました(入口に貼紙) *部屋は靴を脱いでドア外に置く。冷蔵庫は冷える。シャワーの仕切りがない。ソファは壊れていた。 *フロントにコーヒー、お茶のサービスあり。

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of a lot of Georgetown’s attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4

Good: location, quite tidy and helpful staff, spacious room Bad: very bad sound proof room, you can hear people talking, walking from everywhere, noise from above is severe while people walking and moving items, the roof is made of wood only.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Wonderful experience staying in a long house and even though we had the duplex room and shared bathroom we never met the other people or had to wait for bathroom so no inconvenience. All the sitting areas both down and upstairs were fabulous as well as free tea, coffee and water. Would definitely stay again and situated in a good area.

また再訪したいホテル

ホテルに入った途端、独特な世界観とセンスに脱帽した。 客室はシンプルながらその色使いに感動。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーだった。 立地的には近くにアチェモスクやアルメニアンストリート、 真っ直ぐ行けばリトルインディアまで 歩いて行ける距離なので良かった。 （ホテルの前にはワイヤーアートもあり） ただ20時過ぎる頃はホテル周りは暗く人通りがほぼないので 危機管理をしっかりした方が良い。 また気軽に食事をできる処が近くにないのが難点だった。 でもまたペナンに行くときはこちらに宿泊したいと思えるホテル。

Bill hotel right in the hart of it all

Brill Hotel close to every thing but away a bit so not in a nosy area i love it here the staff are really good and will help out with anything free coffee and tea rooms are nice and cosy good beds brill power shower clean and comfort what more do need brill value for money and will return next time im here from j spence

Exceeded Expectations

We arrived at Lang Hoose a little early, way before check-in time, and the staff who attended to us, rushed to clean up our room so that we can have it. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were generous in providing information of where to eat and where to go, which was extremely helpful as it was our first time in Penang. The room, the rooftop terrace and the common area were beautiful. We spend some time at the rooftop terrace playing cards at night and it was quiet and peaceful.
