Perfect place to stay!

We had a great time in Exuma and this place was perfect for us! The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner and property manager were quick to respond with any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Stay here...you will not go wrong. This villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and for your enjoyment. You can snorkel right off the back and see amazing fish, turtles and sting rays in the mornings and late afternoons. February Point has a beautiful beach and pool. You won't want to leave ever!

Incredible house and location

This house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal and is in a gated community. The pool area is a 1 minute walk. This is a must stay! Highly recommend renting a boat!

Fabulous Waterfront Villa

The views from the windows were spectacular! This house was awesome, plush, and had everything you need for a 5 star vacation. It is very close to Georgetown and ideally situated to everything. My family can’t wait to come back to stay in this Exuma paradise.

Graduation trip

The property was amazing. Owners supplied lots of water toys (snorkel gear, water floats, kayaks) Location was close to town. February Point is a beautiful safe area with friendly staff. House was clean and everything we could have needed. Saw turtles and nurse shark from dock. Just gorgeous place.

Such an amazing house and location!!

My husband and two teenage boys stayed there and it was truly an incredible experience. The house is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed and was very great in communicating. I also loved that the house was in a great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wow. Beautiful home.

We had a great week at Villa H. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The beds ands couch are very comfortable. The outside landscaping is so pretty. We loved sitting on the dock enjoying our coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect House for our Group

The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We had a chef cook for us 2 nights and he commented the same. The bedrooms were a perfect retreat at night and the mattress/bed linens extremely nice. Great stay, we will definitely be back.

Best Trip EVER

This house was the perfect place for our trip!! It was located in the middle of everything and was so convenient. Having a marina and boat slip meant we got to rent a boat for week for all of our exploring. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. This was by far our best vacation we’ve ever taken. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic vacation

this house is beautiful, clean, well stocked with all necessary implements and appliances...and the location is perfect for our active family who loves to be outside and on the water as much as possible. Several outdoor spaces for gathering, kayak, paddleboard, dock right there. Mango tree and Coconut tree which made for some delicious refreshments! We would definitely rent this again!

Absolute perfection!

We loved staying in this villa and can’t wait to return. The accommodations are beautifully decorated and luxuriously appointed. I loved waking up and having my morning coffee on the dock and it was so convenient that the rusty anchor and main pool were just a 2 minute walk from the house. The owners and property manager were lovely and very easy to communicate with. If you are considering booking this property, don’t hesitate.

We’ve stayed at many houses in February Point and we loved the living arrangement of this house. The living room was very open with plenty of couch space. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor rather than having a third floor bedroom. It’s close to the restaurant and marina and has its own dock. We would highly recommend Villa H!

Perfect in Every way!!

The Grand Isle Villa was amazing. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, top of the line amenities. The staff friendly and helped plan our excursions every day. The pool and jacuzzi were luxurious, the beach one was spectacular. Exuma is beautiful... one of a kind!! Renting the villa was easy and came with a a golf cart which made getting around very easy. We had access to the golf course, day trips, great restaurants...it was perfect in every way!

February Point Villa H - great family vacation!

We loved, loved, loved this property. It it a beautiful, spacious house, plenty big for our family of 7. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to cook meals at the place most of our stay. It's proximity to downtown Georgetown was nice. The caretakers of the property were also fantastic, checking in often and quickly responding to a few requests that we had. Overall, our experience with the owner of the property and with the property itself was wonderful. We even checked out a couple of the "Top Ten" spots recommended by the Marcos and now have a new favorite beach in CocoPlum.

First Visit to Exuma

Beautiful home, excellent, centrally located location and very comfortable. Loved the amazing water views! We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing and snorkeling off the dock and using the pool at the Clubhouse which was a short walk away. The restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner. The fitness room was a bit beat up and needs some improvement but we spent most of our time on the water anyway. The host was easy to communicate with as was the property manager. Rented a boat for two days and had it delivered it and kept it at the marina which was super convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Our family, myself, husband and 2 teens plus their friend all 18 + had the best time here at Villa H. From the booking to check out, it was smooth sailing. Michael is more than accommodating. February Point is a beautiful, clean, safe and quiet neighborhood conveniently located on Stocking Bay. Villa H is clean, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. Having the boat slip was a huge perk. We could not have asked for more and plan to go back!!! Thank you Michael!!!

A stay in paradise!

We travelled to Exuma for our first time with our 4 kids (plus one friend) for a total of 7. The stay was everything as advertised. Michael was very responsive and Cynthia was also responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and clean with everything needed to make our 9 days a truly memorable experience. After driving around the entire island, we felt February Point was by far, the nicest community to stay in on the island. The house was well equipped allowing us to cook in for many meals, the dock was beautiful for hanging out on at the end of the day, and having access to the marina slip to dock the boat we rented was super convenient. Not to mention, The Rusty Anchor ended up being our favorite restaurant out of the meals we did have out. Our only thing we would have changed is renting a boat for more of our time. We rented one for 3 days of our 9. Next time around, we will plan on a majority of our time as this gave us the most enjoyment of seeing the different areas not accessible by a car. Our stay was truly amazing!!!

Spring break with the family

The villa was clean and equipped with everything we needed! The property is GORGEOUS and the view is like nothing I’ve seen before. We enjoyed the outdoor living so much! My kids (ages 6 and 4) loved digging around in the sand out back and swinging in the hammock. Cynthia and Michael were very responsive and helpful with any question I had, and Cynthia even went out of her way to shop for us when we ran out of a couple of items. One thing to note - make sure you stock up on toilet paper and paper towels when you go to the market because they go fast! My family would 100% rent this villa again, and hope to in the future!
