"The place was very clean. It was nice to come to some cold drinks in the refrigerator. The washer with the dryer were a really big upside. The moka pot to make coffee in the morning was also very nice. Would be fantastic if there's air conditioning."

"Joivy desperately needs a more streamlined process for entry. I'm grateful to other reviewers who warned it's very difficult to access. For future visitors: Joivy sends a form that needs to be filled out (fee paid) before they send a link to access OR *exact* directions. However I experienced an error message in trying to submit this form. I tried a few different ways of contacting someone to help me get past this error, waited several hours to hear back... however Joivy's long-term rental team...

"Casa carina e confortevole ma rumorosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, essendo un primo piano sulla strada principale si sentivano mezzi di trasporto e chiacchiericcio a tutte le ore, lavori in corso sopra la camera da letto con rumori assordanti già nelle prime ore del mattino, sicuramente non adatta ad un vacanziere che vuole riposare! "Appartamento veramente bello e in posizione molto comoda, purtroppo la gestione non altrettanto ottimale: prenotato e pagato circa 20 giorni prima dell'arrivo, a 2 giorni dall'arrivo mi viene comunicato che se fossi arrivato dopo le 20 (viaggio di 3 ore in un pomeriggio di lavoro e scuola) avremmo dovuto pagare 20 euro di penale; arrivati in zona alle 19:30 (causa traffico), scopriamo che l'appartamento si trova in una zona ZTL, abbiamo quindi girato e parcheggiato in zona non comodissima (20...
