"The property itself is great and I really want to give it a good review, however, the night I stayed, there was road work just outside the hotel all night until after midnight. The frontdesk was nice enough to offer me earplugs, but the noise was so loud and consistent that I wasn't able to relax or sleep until it finally quieted down closer to 1am. "For the price, this is a terrific deal. You can stay 100 yards north at the Tahoe Beach Retreat for $300/night and not sleep noticeably better. The staff are kind and helpful. Everything works. Clientele seems to be reasonably quiet. Location is fantastic. Just a terrific good deal."

"Room was clean, very cute with the decor. I really enjoyed the outdoor firepits right outside the lobby (there are two). It was quiet and my boyfriend and I were the only ones out there so we got to enjoy each other's company while roasting some smores and drinking a beer that we got from the lobby (I highly recommend their strawberry cider-yum!) . We were only there for one night since we decided to extend our trip, but I would definitely stay here again. "

"Really nice place! Remodeled a former motel and did a fantastic job! The attention to detail in the comfort of guests and style design is top notch! The lobby is quaint and comfortable. We met other couples, sat by fireplace and had a complimentary glass of wine. We didn’t get to experience the lounge downstairs because it wasn’t open on Mon-Th, but WOW! We would highly recommend staying here. Great for couples! "
