"Unfortunately my first room was very unclean and found bugs in the bed. The staff were helpful and moved me to another room which was slightly cleaner and i didn’t see or find any bugs in the bed. However the bathroom had an awful smell which seeped through to the rest of the room. "

"Large apartment in the centre of Genova with wooden flooring, two bathrooms (one en-suits) and a well equipped kitchen. Apartment was located on the second floor with lift (and few stairs in the corridor leading to it) It had all the facilities required for a short or long stay (including dishwasher and washing machines). Only downside for us was the check in process as we were told via automated we would get an access code via email but instead when we asked they said it was possible to leave our luggages from 11am at the reception. however when arrived nobody was there to open the door and after calling the host via telephone number who said someone would be coming within few minutes, we had to wait for an additional 50min to arrive. Fairly quiet as no cars were passing in the street nearby at night."

"The hotel is very attractive and the rooms are very nice. The staff is very friendly. When we were checking out, we got a car from the hotel to the airport. The doorman left when we got to the exit and was not there when the car came 5 minutes later. He did come back during that time to adjust the lock on the door but not to help us leave the hotel."

"I have never had a more friendly and helpful set of staff. Everyone we encountered was over the top generous and helpful to us. Offering umbrellas for us to use and so much more. Loved everything about our stay. Such a great place at a great price. "
