In the heart of the historic center, this apartment enjoys all the comforts of a modern home, located on the very central Via San Luca. Just a few meters from the city's finest museums, and a few minutes' walk from the most important city attractions. About 200 meters from the ancient port and the aquarium, very convenient to the cruise and ferry terminal. Only here can you experience the real life of the Genoese alleys.

The apartment was renovated in 2023, has air conditioning, soundproof windows, fiber optic wifi internet, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, espresso machine, kettle, microwave combo oven.

The living and sleeping area is equipped with smart TV with the most important streaming services enabled, and a good selection of international channels (German, French, English) and the various international versions of PLUTO TV services.

The apartment is located in the medieval area of the city, in a historic building from the 1600s. Located on the fifth floor ( 90 steps ) and as in most buildings in the area, an elevator is not available.

Personal advice is to reach the city by train, plane or bus. If you arrive by car, it should be considered that the entire historic center of Genoa is pedestrian, so you cannot drive under the house. I have entered into an agreement with a public parking lot located in the immediate vicinity, at a maximum cost of € 21.00 per day.
