"I would have given it 5 stars because of the kind owner, however my last night was ruined by very inconsiderate and loud guests; they were up and chatting boisterously until after midnight! I ended up restless and not ready for my trip the following day. I’m guessing it’s with the nature of the building with no sound proofing installed, so I hope there were signages everywhere to be respectful to other guests given this status."

"Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento assieme al mio compagno e ai miei genitori. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Host gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o richiesta; appartamento spazioso, nuovissimo e pulitissimo! Ottima sistemazione per chi volesse visitare Genova. Tutte le principali attrazioni possono essere raggiunte a piedi. Il top!"

"Place was fairly clean. Dishes need a rinse. Comfortable bed. If you arriving by a car, parking is very limited. "

"Appartamento veramente bello e in posizione molto comoda, purtroppo la gestione non altrettanto ottimale: prenotato e pagato circa 20 giorni prima dell'arrivo, a 2 giorni dall'arrivo mi viene comunicato che se fossi arrivato dopo le 20 (viaggio di 3 ore in un pomeriggio di lavoro e scuola) avremmo dovuto pagare 20 euro di penale; arrivati in zona alle 19:30 (causa traffico), scopriamo che l'appartamento si trova in una zona ZTL, abbiamo quindi girato e parcheggiato in zona non comodissima (20...

"Check in went smoothly and the apartment was clean, orderly and well stocked with all the necessary utensils. The host was very helpful with all our needs. The location was excellent and we walked to all our intended sites."
