"Check in went very smoothly. The bed was a giant circle which was fun but also a little unexpected. This was definitely a small suite, and the view of the Eiffel Tower felt underwhelming. The sink was clogged so we had to pull the stopper out of the drain. Some of the outlets didn’t work so we had to charge phones across the room on the floor. "The room was entered into whilst at the gym, cash & credit card stolen. There is no safe in the room. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. Requested keycard log. They took a very long time to produce it, long enough to tamper with? Log then showed no entry by any staff keycard. CCTV requested, none in corridors only elevators. Help to phone the police to report? Nope, said there is no point as all they will say is there is no evidence of room entry & no CCTV to support the allegation. Could...
