The property was at the excellent spot transportation wise. Hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast very satisfactory, but the most of all was staff with their kindness and help whenever we needed. I would warmly recommend this hotel for short or longer stay.

Great location, lovely staff

Great location right next to the train station and restaurants. Friendly staff who are so helpful and modern rooms. The downstairs area is also very handy with free water and places to charge your phone while waiting on a taxi or train. More pillows in the bedroom would be great and I felt out room was a little dusty. Would stay here again

This place was very conveniently located and the staff were helpful. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and decently sized. It doesn’t have a mini fridge but that is not the end all be all.

Excellent value, clean hotel, middle of Geneva

Very clean, updated, extremely central. Comfortable bed. Room on the back side of the hotel was quiet. Room was small but fine. Very good value overall. Staff were friendly but it is not a fully staffed hotel with 24 hour service. I was surprised there was no coffee in room, only tea.

This is so close to the train station. Most of the staff is friendly and speak English. When we asked for an extra blanket and towels, we had one staff member who told us “I am not Mary Poppins”. Luckily, everyone else was friendly and helpful.

Disaster in Geneva

My room reservation was canceled because I arrived one day late, even though my stay was fully paid to Hotels.com. I was told at first that I will be reimbursed, then they found a room for me that was located right above a dumpster. The bathroom sink was smelling, I had to call the reception desk the next morning and they sent someone who poured some hot liquid in the sink. It worked for one day only. The bed sheets were dirty, I think they never changed them from the previous guest. My phone and laptop were"hacked". No room services. I had to move to another hotel (the Nash Hotel ) near the airport for my last night in Geneva, which was a breath of fresh air!
