A quaint, clean, and nicely appointed European hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and fun. Breakfast hit the spot with fresh omelettes if you like and delicious coffees. About a 5 minute walk to train station but be sure to follow hotels advice not Google Maps!

I am so glad that I booked my hotel stay in Geneva at this hotel for the 3 of us in our family. The room was big, clean and complete with amenities- bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, and others. There were complimentary bottles of water and Toblerone chocolates ready for us. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows and comforters were big and soft. Beautiful furniture made of wood with an ambiance of antiquity. Very accessible to public transportation and tourist attractions. There was a good selection of restaurants outside the hotel. The front staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, especially Kate and Mai. From now on, every time my family and I will visit Geneva, I will stay here. I will recommend it to my friends, too.

I highly recommend the hotel! It was a good value for the area and still felt high-end. The room was large and clean and had nice toiletries. The staff were also excellent and very friendly, particularly Kate. She gave us directions, helped us plan a trip to CERN, let us leave our bags before/after check-in/out, and even gave us some water as we were leaving.

Its in a historic building and it shows. Very nicely renovated and decorated. The place has character. Great location, close to the Jet d'Eau and other attractions. Only nit I have is that they have no coffee machines in the room; the front desk made coffee for us before an early checkout, which was very nice of them.
