"We had a delightful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating and did everything to make our stay pleasant and convenient. They made or confirmed dinner reservations, comped us with some well-appreciated niceties and even helped me print out our boarding passes. They gave excellent directions to places and to public transportation (including providing complimentary transit passes--in hard copy). We cannot recommend this property enough!"
