"I'm not good at English, but the staff politely answered my questions using the translation function on their smartphones. The room was not dirty either. The area around the hotel could be called a slum. The shower had a water heater, but there was no hot water."

Website show was untrue i had written to Expedia regarding my room had no wifi /nl cable TV / no Hot water / no chair / no Carboard / no hook to hang cloth both bedroom & bathroom /hallway light drop off pitch / room piwer socket missing no ve able to charge my device / ceilling light ni working / Shower comparment flooded with water /ni toilet paper. "The Hotel is located deep in the city. It is situated in a convenient location, close to all the local amenities you would deserve on your Holiday. The Zoo, the bay walk, Robinson mall, pubs, transport links, and many more. Quiet space with professional staff always eager to help in all ways. Rooms are very clean, and bed linen is provided with smart Tv and a variety of channels enough furniture to rest your gadgets. I would definitely stay again. "

"After 10 stays here at the OYO NEW YORK this hotel is Absolutely my Go-To place for staying in Manila & more specifically the Makati area! Though I am hesitant to broadcast this to the travelling public since I travel to the Philippines often and I don't want to let the secret out! 🤔😅 And the staff is incredible also!"

"We always had great experience with Seda Hotel. Whenever we come to Philippines, we always take a break in Manila for a few days before going to Davao. Seda has always been great! We have stayed in both locations, BGC and Abreeza in Davao and we always had great experiences! The staff is amazing, they are so friendly, helpful and respectful! The free buffet breakfast is phenomenal! Tons of options for both Filipino and non-Filipino dishes. The only thing that we were bummed about was the pool, during our stay they are under going some renovations and the pool was included so my girls couldn’t use it and they were really disappointed but we found other stuff for them to do since the location is so close to everything for both shopping and dining. The next time we’re back in Manila, we will definitely stay at Seda again. I hope they’ll always maintain the high quality level of experience that they provide to their customers. "
