"This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely...

"We spent a week at this lovely holiday home. It's comprised of 2 2-bedroomed cottages attached to each other but with separate kitchen and bathroom facilities. This worked brilliantly for our family of 3 teenagers and 2 adults., plus our dog. There's a beautiful courtyard as well as stunning garden with bbq, large decking area and plunge pool. "Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. It is located in a very quiet street near the lovely centre of Saint Benoît village. Downstairs the tastefully furnished kitchen and lounge overlook a beautiful big garden. We stayed a week and even on rainy days the large patio doors meant the house still looked very bright, with a nice view of the terrace and garden. Great three star, well located

"It's important to understand that the star system tells you important things about the amenities, as well as the price. A/C is extra here, and the rooms are small but clean. The location is top-notch for dining and sight-seeing. The breakfast (extra charge, as is universal in France, but in this case a very small one) is wonderful, with many local products. Above all, the staff are lovely and extremely accommodating, including for example fixing an air conditioner and supplying a power adapter. Highly recommended."
