I booked a full room using Hotels.com website as the shared rooms were no longer available, and the room is advertised to have 4 beds for family setting. i paid the total amount of 132 Euros for the room and when i arrived onsite, i was given a bed in a shared room with other people that acording to the person who gave me the keys costs 29 Euros per bed. She asked me to cancel the booking online which is not refundable and to pay 29 Euros in cash. She could only speak...

"This hotel had easily the largest room that we have ever had for a hotel stay, while also being very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with any requests, such as helping us with taxis and providing an umbrella for us when we weren't prepared for rain. As for location, you will need to take a taxi from the train station, but everything in the city center is very walkable, making exploration simple. "Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."
