"Check in was pretty awful. We arrived early, an apparent rookie at the check-in desk said we could check-in in 1/2 hour. We waited and approached the desk, presented credit card, it was denied. After multiple tries, were told it was denied because we couldn't check-in until the stated time of 1400. Got a notification from credit card that a charge did, indeed, go through. Waited until 1400, got a credit for the previous charge. The new room charge was more expensive than the Hotels.com quoted rate and more than the initial charge. After check-in, the stay was enjoyable."

"Perfect hotel for an early morning flight from Schipol Airport. Very modern, compact room and sound proof - slept very well with no airport noise at all. Check-in and check-out very easy - and friendly staff - thanks for assistance from the English/Belgian at reception. "
