"Victoria (staff) was very helpful and accommodating during our stay with our son and special needs. Rooms were clean with updated amenities. The triple room was a good size for 2 adults and a preteen - certainly for the price. It’s a short walking distance (8 min) to the very charming area of Petit France - and I mean charming! Breakfast was your standard continental buffet that would meet your start of the day needs."

"Great local five star hotel with charm. The only thing I miss Puls say is that the gym was only good if you want to do cardio, but nothing for strength training. The Sauna and Steam room, jacuzzi was an additional cost of 25 Euros per person, which for 5 stars should be free and the Gym should be properly equipped. Other than that it was a great experience. Do call for directions when you arrive by car, as GPS will quote you to a pedestrian zone."

"I had a lovely stay. First, I was very happy that they allowed me to store my luggage in a locked luggage room upon arrival, since my train got in at 8 am, and I only had one day to explore Strasbourg. Check in went smoothly and my room was ready a bit early, which I was so happy about since this was the height of the unprecedented heat wave. I was pleased to find some complementary beverages and snacks in the room, which with a shower helped me recharge. The room is sufficient to prepare simple meals, as it is equipped with a stove top, microwave, and very basic cooking gear, but not somewhere you should expect to prepare a three coarse meal. The AC worked very well, which was very important to me, and I was pleased that I didn't have to wait for the room to cool down. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful and everyone spoke perfect English, which was essential for me as I know less than 10 words in French. Despite minor aesthetic flaws to the room, I thought it was a good value and very comfortable, including a very comfortable bed."
