"ROOM WAS OK BUT ONLY FOR SHORT STAY. IF LIKE ME YOUR WELL ROUNDED YOU WILL STRUGGLE GETTING IN AND OUT OF SHOWER. FREE BREAKFAST TURNED OUT TO BE VEGETARIAN SO NOT FOR ME. YOGHURT COMPOTE WAS BEST ITEM ON MENU. PLENTY TO DO IN THE AREA IF YOU ENJOY WALKING."
Cameron House on Loch Lomond

"In all areas the quality was high – housekeeping, food & drink, facilities and customer service. The staff have been well trained and consistently ‘live’ the Cameron House brand. The welcome was amazing, we turned up having toured The Highlands for a numbers of days, we were a bit ragged and therefore apologetic. The guy at the door, with a twinkle in his eye said: ‘don’t worry kid we get all sorts here’ – we felt instantly at home. The only downside was The Clubhouse. We booked in for dinner there on our first night but unfortunately the place lacked in the quality of service – maybe it was understaffed so we left. Returning to the main house site we went to the Cameron Grill which was excellent so all was well. This is why there is one star missing from our review which is a bit hard but correct. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"Sehr schöner Garten.Sehr schönes Haus. 2. Küche ergänzt die Hauptküche mit einer weiteren Kühl-/Gefrierkombination und einem Elektroherd mit Backofen, Waschmaschine und Trockner - nur Geräte, kein Besteck etc. Hauptküche hat einen AGA Herd.Toilettenbürsten fehlten.Fenster waren schwergängig und nicht alle zu öffnen.Bahnhof in der Nähe, über Uferweg zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für uns 2 Familien hat alles perfekt gepasst."

"Very clean, lovely linen and beautifully furnished and fitted out. Great location for both Glasgow and Loch Lomond with very easy access to shops and a good pub just a a 2 min walk away. Plus we really enjoyed playing the Cardross golf course, also within walking distance. Kylie is a great host and very quick to answer any questions we had."

"Exactly what I wanted for an extended stay. Was able to get in and out seamlessly, and when my flight was delayed by several days, my fellow renter had no problems getting the keys for both of us.I want a kitchen like that in my own house."
