"I was there for 8 days with my 5 year old on vacation and the property owner never gave us the wristbands for the pool so I had to drive everyday to Murcia, Cartagena and the beach (40 minutes away). Very unprofessional. Lied about having access to the pool and there is nothing to do inside the urbanization."

"Comms with the property rep were very good and check in was easy. Location is perfect overlooking the main square But, inside there were several issues such as water leaking from the top bathroom into the bathroom underneath, light switches that were counterintuitive to say the least, a lovely looking jetted tub which the jets didn’t work in, and a funky smell from the dishwasher area - that added up to us not being able to strongly recommend this. Das einzige Fenster, dass man öffnen konnte, war direkt über der Abzughaube eines Restaurants, so dass sehr unangenehme Gerüche in die Wohnung kamen - auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, da es undicht / kaputt war.
