Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.

G606 is a one bedroom condo located on the first floor of Gearhart House. Newly remodeled. Main bedroom has a queen bed, Sleeper sofa available in the living room. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Electric fireplace.

This condo accepts one small pet and the pet fee is $20.00 per night. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and Drip coffee machine in the unit.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Surprise View In a Ground Floor Condo

We booked this condo because it's adorable and we needed a place to stay last minute. To our surprise, we had a view of the ocean from the deck of our ground floor unit. This condo feels more spacious than its square feet suggest and we never felt for one minute like we were crowded as a family of four. The bed is super comfortable and the pull out couch does nicely as well. The kitchen is fabulous and has all that anyone could need if they intend to prepare their own meals. If you'd rather dine out, there is a lovely restaurant across the street that we took advantage of a couple of times. We highly recommend this condo and would come back again.

I was impressed with the location and cleanliness. It was perfect for my little family. I could walk to the beach and walk across the street for food. Can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay walk on to beach

The condo was clean and very well stocked. You can go out the door and take a short walk to a long beach.. My only suggestion would be room darkening shades. I would book this condo again if traveling in the area.

Fun by the sea !

Super location! Short walk to beach , pool, golf course , restaurant, and bar ! Quaint condo with lots of comforts . Always a bonus when the dog gets to come .

Great Spot

This place was a nice condo with a nice deck area that when standing you can see the ocean. My son loves minerals and rocks, the theme of the living room incorporated a lot of these, he was excited about looking at all of them. Every interaction with property managers was pleasant. A little pricey but was one of the only options for the days we were going. I would stay again.
