"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly throughout my three nights stay. At check-in, the lady at the front desk took the time to explain the hotel facilities. The next morning,the gentleman at the front desk helped my room upgrade request. He was very efficient, helpful, and professional. The staff in charge of the breakfast area as well as the bar & coffee station area were all very friendly. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. The atmosphere here felt warm and welcoming from start to finish. The hotel is at a great location and offers an excellent selections for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family & friends, and would book this hotel again!"

"Absolutely amazing hotel! The pictures don’t do it justice. Rooms are so light, spacious and clean. It is a nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff were wonderful, I’ve already recommended to others and wouldn’t hesitate to return - a wonderful stay!"

"Excellent accommodation, plenty space and storage. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was served daily at the Green Egg in the food hall and they had enough choices to suit everyone. Fantastic property."

"The location is fantastic ,in the old town ,easy to walk the local sights and boat trips ,plenty of restaurants near by ,hotel breakfast buffet was great value .It can be noisy at night due to location but did not effect sleep .Staff very helpful full .A great value hotel in the centre of city."

"Rooms were lovely and clean, staff were so helpful great Zabka shop just around the Corner which we found on the last night. Booked the breakfast for one day as reviews were good, but unfortunately most of the hot food was cold. Fabulous selection of cold items and tea coffee and juice."
