We found a couple of great pastry places across the street from the apartment and one that does exceptionally good Gelato. They make it fresh each day along with many pastries. "Perfect position for centre of Modena. The apartment is very small and well appointed, it has everything needed for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. "Our host was gracious and welcoming. He was flexible during our arrival time to meet us. This property met our overnight needs in Modena. I however, missed that it is not air conditioned so therefore in June was quite HOT and uncomfortable when attempting to sleep.
