"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a newly renovated room, which was lovely (a bit cramped for space for good closet/storage). Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided many local recommendations. Fridge in room did not function very well. Pool area was great! Free parking was very much appreciated and easy to come by. Great to have free access to bicycles to explore the town. Buffet breakfast had plentiful selection. Restaurant across the street had excellent food at reasonable prices - ate there twice!"

"A good hotel with spacious rooms but the actual condition of the hotel is below what is shown in the photo. Not good value for money. The car park is big with space for many cars. However, the hotel should invest in ev charging points as many people now drive EV. I had to drive 5 miles to get my car charged. "

"Villa Barbara is a well appointed villa, very comfortable and well equipped. It is ideally located for easy walking access to Spiaggia Brema, the old town and the new town and has a useful dedicated parking area. Masaccio is an excellent host, attentive and informative who made sure we had everything we needed to make the most of f our stay. We all greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa Barbara "

"We had a room overlooking the the river and boats. We liked the location - close to station, the old town, bike hire, reasonable restaurants, walking path."

"Apartment was great size with everything you need the beds are comfortable, the only issue I have is that the shop on site doesn't have hardly anything you need or choices and you can not go in you have to order everything online and it can take a while for example when I ordered 2 bags of crisps 6 eggs and some croissants it was available in 2 days time, not good also nats and mosquitos are quite a problem, pools are great "
