"Very nice hotel , nice staff , I prefer to book hotels who offers airport shuttle. This was one reason to book this hotel but unfortunately I was told that the shuttle is expensive 100 euros. Taxi was only 5 euros. They should not mention that 24hrs shuttle available. Secondly I booked the tour through hotel. The guide was not helpful. He was in hurry and hungry. He also make us pay for his food. Family was so annoyed that they wants to give 2 stars to hotel but the staff was nice so I give four...
