"The location is pretty good, the way to the ocean is close, but pretty rough. A good store is not within walking distance, but a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated, but roomy. The pool is spacious, looks outdated but clean, the good part is that there are usually not many people there. The guards at the property are very friendly."

"The house needs painting inside, people hit the walls with things just doesn’t look great. Could use new bedding for sure, all bedding was clean just a little thin.Furnishings was ok not the most comfortable but everything was ok. The grounds are fantastic Robert kept the yard tidy and the pool very clean. We spent 10 day and had a great time. Our chief Monicah was fabulous she she made everything we asked for. "Our stay at Katarina's house was lovely. Katarina is very good at communicating details and the house manager Hamadi was also very helpful. The house is beautifully designed and extremely unique, although it is in need of some updating such as resurfacing the pool and mending concrete cracking. We had some issues with the electricity going out but that is common in Kenya and the house manager was quick to address the issues. We hired the cook George for the week and he was great. "Stayed 3 nights in the beach cottage…the view is stunning and the cottage is very cozy…the first night suffered a bit from mosquito bites but the reception staff ensured the following nights mosquitos free. The beach is beautiful with soft white sand and falling asleep with the backdrop of the ocean waves was such a blessing. "
