"It's a new development and very quiet. Traffic is convenient with Tram 0. Self-check is handy. Service starts after 3 days so it's n/a for us but we don't really need it. Local convenient shop downstairs. Highly recommend for backpackers."

"The room was comfortable and well equipped. No cleaning service unless you stay for more than 6-7 nights which needs to be improved. One of the front desk lady was rude when asked about towels. Wanted us to keep using the same after 4 days. For stays of more than 2 nights a second set of towels should be provided. If the weather is bad this location is quite inconvenient as you have to walk a good 5-7 minutes from the train/taxi with no cover. "

"My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. My family stayed in Munich, Salzburg and Vienna, Vienna apartment hotel is the one we like the most. "

"Was more than impressed with the hotel, it‘s location, it’s services, but most particularly it’s staff. Everyone, especially Laura, went out of their way to make our stay pleasant trouble free. Breakfast provided was substantial and actually really delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. All transport easily accessible and walking distance to most of Vienna’s biggest attractions. Thank you all again, and look forward to our return visit, hopefully soon."
