"Large family group with 8 adults and one infant. The villa was fabulous and very spacious and very well suited to the adults. A little challenging for the infant but we knew that from the accurate depiction. Very helpful team during stay and the cleaner on the middle weekend did a fabulous job."

" An impressive property which sadly does not quite live up to the discription. The furnishings are all very tired, the kitchen chaotic, the cleanliness not up to scratch and the worst of all, NO WIFI, although this is promised. Self catering means different things in different villas, in this one, the very basics are provided to last for one day!! A shame, when with a bit more effort and concern for the travellers this really could be a superb property."

"We were a party of 14 adults who arrived during a thunder storm. The owner was there to meet us, show us around and advise on dinner etc. The surrounding view and area is stunning, peaceful and in the countryside. The rooms are large with en suites. The kitchen is more than adequate for self catering. This property is a must, thank you for letting us stay."

"My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. "Das Landhaus war zwar etwas abgelegen, aber wunderschön in den Bergen gelegen. Wir wurden persönlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und bekamen auch wertvolle Tips für unseren Besuch in Rom und Lokalitäten in der Umgebung. Das Landhaus ist sehr gepflegt, insbesondere die tolle überdachte Terrasse und die Räumlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mit Familien wieder."

"Lots of space in this old family home, both inside and outside. Great location for heading off to the mountains and exploring Spoleto. Closer by, are the walks and views from Monte Mariano and a rustic lunch at Rifugio San Gaspare. The host, Elizabetta, was always immediately available."

"Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer nicht überrenovierten bäuerlichen Anlage. Absolut keine Beanstandungen bzgl Sauberkeit und Praktikabilität. Der Gastgeber war einfach nur herzlich freundlich, nichts Aufgesetztes! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
