"When arriving, I had to wait more than the checkin time because my room was not ready. During my stay, the hotel changed the checkout time, and had no flexibility to keep to me the checkout time I had contracted and that was in force when I arrived. There was a dead cockroach at the room, and it remained there for all my stay. I did not say anything just to see how long it would take for the cleaning, and it remained there.
