"The host was super, super friendly and helpful. The location ist really good, its close to the public transportation from where you can go directly to the airport for 1.80 Euro. Its close to the center and you can mostly find scooters or bikes close for rent which makes it even easier to explore the city. "Initial impression down an ordinary street in a built up suburb was not great, but once inside the quirky, bohemian accommodation we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and Laurence, our host, was very friendly. She gave us recommendations for dinner and tips on getting into Bordeaux via tram. Fabiene and Frederic have a small biodynamic vineyard with chambres d’otes and great food, wine tasting and genuine hospitality. "Warm welcome from Estelle with helpful guidance for local points of interest and restaurants. Shower was very good with hot water operating without any wait time. Breakfast was all of good quality, home made approach with apples pick from her tree each morning, and cooked eggs from her free range hens were offered. Very nice secure countryside house."
