"Pros: Sehr fürsorgliche, freundliche Gastgeber. Lage sehr gut, um mit dem Bus (und bergab auch zu Fuß) zum Hafen und in die Innenstadt zu gelangen; trotzdem ruhige Seitenstraße. Weit überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, z.B. Silvester-Dekoration (Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel vor Ort), Pflanzen, perfekte Küchenausstattung, geschmackvoll abgestimmte Möblierung, Vorhänge usw. "The house was spotless and a good location to get on highway. It was near the airport and could hear planes landing and taking off but did not hear planes after 11 p m. The owner lives in lower level and was very nice but did not speak much English and I do not speak Portuguese so checking in was a little complicated. I liked the location it was not as busy as Funchal and overlooked the mountains. The island is spectacular and would definitely recommend a stay on this island. "

"Pros: A Villa Angela é uma casa fantástica, com tudo o que se deseja para umas férias em família ou em grupo. A casa é exatamente como as fotografias, nova, com todos utensílios e mobiliário novos e o proprietário é super disponível e prestável. "We had a group of 7 friends stay for 3 nights in this quiet country home tucked away in the mountains. It was a good spot for our large with beautiful landscape and great stargazing nights. Andrew communicated clearly the instructions for arriving to the house from the airport and we kept in touch as needed.
