"The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were not only friendly but also remarkably attentive — they knew guests by name and remembered individual requests. All of our preferences were accommodated promptly and to the highest standard. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistently excellent and scheduled at a time that was most convenient for us. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk. Overall, our experience was seamless and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended."

"We were here for only one night due to a train transfer to Rome airport but this was an excellent choice. There is an underground tunnel immediately outside the front door that leads to the train station. Breakfast opened at 7am which was perfect considering most other hotels we stayed at started later. This allowed us to grab a quick bite prior to departure. The area outside can be quite congested due to the train station but it is less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and 20-25 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. At breakfast ( located at the 5th level), the spread was abundant and we were blown away by the views including the Duomo. There is an outstanding rooftop as well. The room was large by European standards with a very high ceiling and wood coffered. They had complimentary cold drinks and juices in the fridge. All in all, we had stayed here 20 years ago and were very impressed with the updates and the makeover. The staff were all very accommodating and pleasant. Would easily stay here again. "

"So fun! It was my wife, 2x kids (9 & 11) and I in the cabin/pod and it was very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast at the cafe, rented bikes to ride into downtown Florence ( 20min), ride back for some pool time and change for dinner, and then ride to a restaurant of your choosing. It was a perfect change of pace from the other places we visited. Would 100% stay in the place again. This community is of course all tourists, but sorry to say nearly 60% of the city was tourists… insane busy."

"This magnificent, luxurious hotel is located at the centre of everything. Just a short walk to the Duomo, to various markets, to wonderful little restaurants and so many shops. We truly loved our stay at Bernini Palace. The service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations and reservations. Truly a pleasure. The daily breakfast buffet was just excellent. So much variety and beautifully presented. The rooms were just stunning. The decor and service levels added to the enjoyment of our stay in Florence. Thank you to all the staff at Bernini Palace for making our visit to Florence even more memorable."

"The hotel is amazing. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The food was wonderful and the pool was fun, surround sound music at the pool area was a bonus. Shout out to the food and beverage manager, Daniele. He was really pleasant to talk to, had a lot of local information to share and makes wonderful salad! I would highly recommend this hotel. It was my favorite while I was staying in Florence."
