Great weekend

It was a weekend get away with 4 generations, my 83 yr old mother, my daughter and her 2 children ages 15 and 5 yrs old. The home was spacious, and comfortable. We have a great stay.

Easy living

Stayed for 2 days with family of 5. Always nice to not be crammed into a hotel room, but super spacious and clean. 5 minutes east walk into the strip for all restaurant and activities. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo

We chose to stay at Baskins Creek for our annual girls trip. From the moment we walked in we knew it was perfect. Very clean, comfortable bedding, nicely stocked kitchen. Plenty of extra bedding and pillows. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The walk to and from downtown Gatlinburg was absolutely perfect. Close to everything, and the trolley close to us was very convenient. Our only suggestion would be adding a couple footstool Ottomans for those setting on the couch. Otherwise, there is nothing better we could suggest, it was absolutely perfect in every way, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Baskins Creek 203

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Baskins Creek. The condos are clean and updated. We did have a few maintenance issues that needed addressed. They were handled right away. Will definitely stay here again.

The Baskins Creek Team is awesome!

The Baskins Creek property is always nice and this condo was no different. But more than the ease of access and comfort, the Baskins Creek team was fantastic. We left an item in the condo when we checked out and the team went to great lengths to find it and ship it to us, and they were so kind about the entire situation. Great place to stay - easy access, comfortable, easy parking, spacious for the family, and such a great staff!

Lovely Condo Experience

This condo was beautiful and within walking distance of the "village", a strip with many tourist attractions and the aquarium. My family enjoyed the comforts of home that the condo brought while we were in it. The pool is a wonderful touch for when we just wanted to have fun and relax from walking. There's so much to do and we would definitely do it again. Thank you.

When we arrived the door to the unit was open and ajar. On Sunday i received a message abiut check out. I was working with my husbands doctor via phone on whether he needed to go to the hospital er. I asked for an extra hour and the reply was no we need to request late check out ahead of time. I tried numerous times to call the property office and no answer. I also left messages.

Nice stay

We were happy with the property and the proximity to the strip was very convenient for walking. Kids enjoyed the pool and It had a well stocked kitchen. We even saw a bear walking by the property, luckily far enough away that we weren’t scared of it. The only complaints are minor things that wouldn’t stop me from staying again: ALL the pillows were very high profile and had my neck at a weird angle. The shower in the master had a constant drip that was annoying. The entire wall of outlets where the bed is, in both bedrooms, are connected to the main light switch that controlled the overhead light and lamps. So if you wanted to turn off the overhead light, you couldn’t charge your devices. Again, none of these things were big enough to stop me from rebooking the property.
