Great place to stay!

We enjoyed a great vacation. The condo was beautiful and roomy enough for eight of us. It was conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, which made a big difference given the street traffic during the summer. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully furnished and very roomy !! The large jacuzzi bath was fabulous . Plenty of dishes, towels etc and everything was sparkling clean . This condo is amazing !!!! Highly recommend !!!

We were far enough away from the busy streets of Gatlinburg, but close enough to walk to everythig. Our condo had everything we needed for 3 days, it was clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming down for a visit,

Very clean, very convenient

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walking distance from the Village shops and Parkway. It was conveniently located for all of our needs. It was nice to have the washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch and recliner. We did not use the fireplace, but it was nice to have one.

Absolutely a wonderful unit. Only drawback was 2 of the 3 mornings there, the smoke alarms went off around 6:00 a.m. (due to dead batteries) and curtailed our being able to "sleep in"...something we had really been looking forward to. Other than that...was great. Loved the Christian wall hangings!

Nice a little noisy from elevator but i knew that before hand, everything was in order except fireplace. Read reviews and ask questions, just because it's there doesn't mean it works, very disappointed with communication with no call back from problem. When they get their payment your on your on. Close to everything, clean rooms could stand a little updating.

Stayed at BC several times, this time was disappointing

As a 2 time former guest at Baskins Creek, we have always been pleased with the accommodations. This time, however was a very different story. The first night, we were up most of the night by a sound that sounded like someone was running a garbage disposal every minute or so. The next morning I mentioned the constant, loud noise to the front desk and they told us the sound was the elevator equipment room. Basically, everytime the elevator runs, we would hear the noise. While it did help knowing what the sound was, it didn't help us get anymore sleep. The manager asked one of the desk receptionists if there was another room, but she quickly said no-without checking the computer. Also, the guests above us were running around, sliding chairs, and we could hear them talking very late into the night. They continued to be loud way past midnight and early into the morning for the remainder of our stay. We like to have fun as much as the next person, but there comes a time that you have to be respectful of others around you. We thought the manager could have at least offered to take some off the cost of the room since they couldn't move us. That did not happen. We were very disappointed that this stay at Baskins Creek let us down.

Great location to walk into town

The location of this property was great, it was a 10 minute walk into town and with heavy traffic it was much more convenient to walk. The property was clean and communication from the host was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/utensils/pots and pans. A supply of coffee filters for the coffee pot would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable, but the main bedroom is right next to the elevator, so you will hear the elevator if it moves during the night. Overall it was a great choice for our stay in Gatlinburg.

Winter Wonderland

We booked a short trip during December & we were very impressed with this condo. The listing was exactly as described, it was clean had plenty of space & everything we needed, I highly recommend if you stay in Gatlinburg during the holidays you make a grocery store run & prepare some meals to save not only money but time waiting on long lines, so having a full kitchen like this condo does is extremely beneficial. We are already making plans to return next year & will now be able to book with confidence for a longer trip at this same condo location which is conveniently located less than a 10 minute walk to the downtown!
