"Even though there were issue on check in due to a comcast outage in the area, the staff was very helpful and went beyond normal procedures to ensure that we got our room. The room itself very nice and included a balcony that overlooked the stream. It was a great oasis to relax after our day of driving."

"I only have one complaint - parking! We had a handicap room but two nights there was no parking close to our room and had to park in a rather undesirable place. I would suggest numbered assigned parking spaces. "

"Room with balcony did not have view…. But knew this from description. Clean and quiet everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We had clean towels and etc daily. Negative was parking is limited and both nights we had to get a ticket from office and park in garage across the street. Parking in garage did not cost us but if you’re a family with small children or someone special needs this would discourage me. We didn’t have small children or anyone disabled with us. The air conditioner worked very well in room and plenty of hot water with great water pressure. The beds weren’t my definition of comfortable but were manageable. I will definitely bring my pillows next trip."

"This property is minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. You can walk to it in about 5 or so minutes. Beautiful area. Would stay again."
