This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Great cabin!

We had 8 adults and one teen with us for our trip and the cabin was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities but especially the pool and hot tub.

Beautiful accommodations. Great location. Easy access to grocery and featured attractions. Pool was fantastic for the kids in our group. The floors flexed and made noise a little when people would walk on the floors above you but we got used to it. You are a little bit out of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but that’s what we wanted. The road to the cabins is a small two lane road with hardly no traffic. Overall nice big cabin with great pool and hot tub.

Essentials not provided, no hair dryer, no shampoo/conditioner, no sponge, dishwasher soap or washing machine soap. Dirty dishes were noted in the dishwasher. Check in is supposedly 3pm but cleaning staff was not done till nearly 5pm. This was one of the highest priced properties in the area and definitely for price paid, would expect better stay/features. Overall, would not stay here again as we have stayed in nicer local properties at a lower price point.
