Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Everything that we could possibly need to make it an uneventful vacation was supplied. We had a visit our second morning from three (3) bears who walked around and posed for pictures. The only small complaint is that there was no Channel list for the TV. Now a very big plus and praise. Our checkout went smoothly but we found out enroute home that we had left a necklace that had a huge sentimental value. We called Elk Springs and they immediately set out to look for it, found it, and shipped it to us. Totally impressed by the honesty, integrity and professionalism

The hot tub on the screened in porch was perfect, especially after hiking! Has everything you need, but is also no frills. Bed was fairly hard and sheets were thin and scratchy. The bedroom area is a little tight, so just watch your thighs on the bed frame corners! We would definitely stay here again!

As soon as I booked the property, I received a call from Elk Springs to confirm everything. They also provided a number I could call or text with any questions or concerns. Customer service was excellent! We were a little nervous getting up to the cabin since it was on a very steep and narrow road, but after we got up there, it was beautiful. The cabin was clean and we loved the game room and hot tub. The location was nice because it was close to downtown, but far enough away from the noise. I would highly recommend staying here!
