"This property has had a bad reputation in the past, but it has now been renovated. The king bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean but sloppy caulking in the bathroom makes the floor around the toilet look dirty but it is not dirty. The shower was fine with a good shower head and hot water. It was a very hot, humid day and night, but the air conditioning kept us cool. The person checking us in was friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy about this place but it met our needs adequately."

"We had an amazing time exploring Edenton from this wonderful home base on Water Street. We thoroughly enjoyed the carriage house, bikes, fabulous location, and evenings on the front porch. We did so much— but we ran out of time before we saw it all. We cannot believe we have never been to Edenton before. We will be back!"

Location is fantastic and allowed everyone to walk to everything Edenton has to offer. Beautiful old home that feels like Edenton. Would definitely rent again. Owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Enjoy Edenton from here!"
